ICMCP Programs — Bridging The Great Minority Cyber Divide
Cybersecurity has been identified as one of the most serious economic and national security challenges we face across the world.
Sadly, however, there is a global underrepresentation of minorities in the fast-growing discipline of cyber security. As a cyber security professional, or an aspiring cyber security professional, we must continue growing professionally and personally in order to stay abreast of the latest developments in what has become one of the most dynamic and constantly evolving tradecraft.

ICMCP Programs are focused on helping to create a talented and innovative pool of citizens that can specialize in securing global cyber infrastructures. While the need for this pool has grown quickly, with the expansion of the Internet and the pervasiveness of computers, networks, and other cyber devices, the investments in underrepresented communities has not kept pace.

ICMCP Programs are intended to enrich the personal and professional growths of our members worldwide. ICMCP Programs are focused on all pre-college, undergraduate student, graduate student and technical professional members in the areas of Academic Excellence, Technical Excellence and Network Building. Our program activities advance the mission of the organization and support the preparation and matriculation of under-represented pre-college and collegiate students in the cybersecurity practicum.
